About

From understanding people to designing how they thrive at work.

I started my career in Social Work, understanding people from a human perspective — and evolved into HR roles where I design initiatives that impact organizations at scale.

Over the past 8+ years, I've worked in multinational environments, leading initiatives in employee wellbeing, internal communication, benefits and organizational culture.

Today, I'm based in Barcelona, expanding my HR perspective with the goal of growing into a strategic HR Business Partner role.
